lol me too. I think Rivers is due though. He hasn't had a big breakout game in a while. Who better than the Giants going up against draft mate/trade mate Elle.

By playing against the 15th, 25th and 28th ranked pass defenses in a row.

I'm sure Jerry Rice, Marvin Harrison, and every other superstar receiver played 3 subpar defenses in a row many times in their career.

I don't understand why its being called a 3 game stretch with Austin. His numbers were rather pedestrian last week.

It was 2 great games back to back: 250 yards vs KC and then 171 vs Atlanta.

Count me in as one of those not ready to anoint him the next Jerry Rice yet.

He got into the end zone for the third consecutive game, which means Romo is actively targeting him. I would start him for sure.

If Miles Austin is the next Jerry Rice then Ryan Moats is the next Emmitt Smith.

    Uh, I meant that 61 yards and a touchdown isn't exactly up to 171 + 250 standards.

I don't think anybody is questioning starting him or not but rather if he belongs in the "elite" class like AJ, Moss, Wayne, Fitz etc.

Well of course he isn't going to live up to those numbers, but the guy is really solid.

He ended up with 12 pts in my league last week and had a better week than AJ/Fitz.

I think that the next few games Austin's production will take a big dip not because he isn't "the real thing" but because Romo needs to get the ball more to his BFF and Roy Williams. Doing this can only make the Cowboys better. If Romo just keeps trying to get the ball to Austin, I think it'll eventually get ugly with some pick sixes.

I miss Drew Bennett. He was one of my favorite players when he was with the Titans. Sadly he retired earlier this year.

well, Milea Austin didnt play much on the last quarter, so he didnt got great numbers like the previous games.
I hope the texans win, I think the chargers are going to win against the giants.
this game maybe show if they broncos are for real or not.
