You can't ever determine that he had possession, we know it was between his legs, but it's hard to say for sure that he actually had control of it. He should have been stronger and held on to it if he actually had it.
Exactly. Even if a review took place, there was no evidence that Seattle recovered. The ball was moving under Sherman's legs.
