I actually prefer the Michael Irvin show to any other sports show on the air. GAC is not that bad if you take whatever Galloway says with a grain of salt.(His hatred for "Eldorado" is starting to piss me off though).

1310 is decent but it's not as great as some many want to make it out to be. When I want my sports mixed in with some Entertainment talk then I listen to 1310 and BAD Radio or The Hardline.
I like Irvin's show because he is pretty knowledgeable and surprisingly makes sense when speaking. I actually think Mike is more of a kissup to other athletes than Kevin Kiley.

How exactly did the Dolphins beat the Chargers last week? The Pats with Carroll at QB are like a performance car with a flat tire. With Carroll and their weak secondary, stick a fork in the Pats. They might make the playoffs but have no chance at the Super Bowl. The more teams scout his weaknesses, the more Carroll will struggle going forward.

The Dolphins beat both of these teams.

I saw NFL history in person today. The first ever NFL game decided by a blocked punt in OT.

UOP Stadium blows Reliant out of the water.

Wow, you were there? Were you going for the Card or the 'Girls? What makes UOP better than Reliant?

I know that. I can see the Dolphins beating the Pats. No big deal at all. How they managed to beat a team like the Chargers was the question.

    That was an incredible game.

PHX is a hell of a town I need to make it out there again.

I was going for my fantasy team (which includes Barber and Fitzgerald). :) My girl is a huge Cowboys fan and my parents (who live out here) have friends who have season tickets and gave us their tickets for face, so I got her that and the plane tickets out here for her birthday.

You don't have to climb as much at UOP and everything seems much cleaner/crisper. The area around UOP is awesome as well while there's nothing around Reliant at all. The only negative was the traffic in and out but that could be because I know my way around Reliant. Oh, that and the roof was closed today even though the high was 77 and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. The roof is always closed in September/October regardless of weather. Dumb.

    Is that in Tempe?

If the weather was better, I could totally move here. I just couldn't handle the summers, but the weather today was unreal. This town is so clean and the womenz are hot. :)

Oh ya that is in Tempe. I forget thats a decent way from phx.

I went there for the Tech game (insightbowl) a few years ago than stayed for the block party out in tempe for New years eve.

It was pretty insane 100k+ partying in the streets. I'd reccomend it for an affordable new years vacation.

It's not far at all. Right close to the airport. My parents (who went to that amazing Tech game) live in Chandler which is past Tempe southeast of downtown Phoenix.

Tempe is similar to Austin, at least the areas around the universities.

In other news, Peyton Manning is back to his old self.

The Colts absolutely crushed the Ravens 31-3.

Not really surprised. The Ravens have a great D but the D can only do so much.

That backup Lion quarterback had me LOL when he ran out of bounds for that safety. :D

    Wow.

They might be in a little trouble. For a team that depends so much on a downfield passing game like the Cowboys, I've always wondered why they have a backup (Brad Johnson) with a weak arm that can't stretch the field. I think that's a bad fit.
