Nope. I just think you're a loser, and I'm fairly sure I could prove it if you'd give me your actual name and the year you graduated. You can email me.
why would i do that if you dislike me so much? that's like letting michael vick take care of my pets.
Bellaire '96! On topic: Tissue Paper Warner killed me in my survivor league. Brady & Welker might have won me the week, despite getting a goose-egg from one of my RB slots (Thanks for telling us Rhodes wasn't going to play, Oakland). Guy I'm playing has to be killing himself for leaving Mojo on his bench. If you have Alexander, you should have sold on him immediately. This is exactly the crap he pulled last year. Steve Hutchinson gave him those running titles. Evan
I really cant complain this week... unless I want to nitpick and get mad at vicent jackson not getting me anything. i still won by 50+ pts
started warner in 3 leagues. traded brady away.. shoulda waited till next week so i didn't have to face him during the season. traded AP away in another league 2 weeks ago.. obviously too early on that trigger, though i think the move needs to be made this year only
You traded away the most consistent player in fantasy football for what? You do realize that Tom Brady gives you at least 3 TDs every week, right?
you do realize the point of fantasy football is like real football. the object is to score more points than your opponents.
haha ok i didn't realize i'd get hounded THAT bad. Yeah, I traded Brady.. my team's success was dependent on Brady pretty much every week, and I had Travis Henry ready to go out (though now it seems like I'll get another month out of him). I dealt Brady, Reggie Bush (I think he'll get injured being the #1 back in NO), Owen Daniels (and some other pieces that aren't worth mentioning) for Vince, Westbrook, Gates. I think I got pretty large upgrades at both of the other 2 spots...Daniels' value will sink once Andre is back. And like I said, I don't think Reggie will hold up. And it's also about who's gonna be starting...not just what you get back. And my thought was that I'd have Warner starting most of the year in a passing offense that was looking good when he was in the game. (and Vince if he could turn his game around) I just didn't like that my team's success was completely relying on 1 guy like that. If I had some other pieces, I wouldn't mind...but yeah, really no one else that has been consistent. To JeopardE...come on, he's not guaranteed 3 TD's a week... he's done it to start the season (and man was he crazy last night)...but you gotta think getting Maroney back and just the law of averages will change that a little.
My team sucks because I drafted poorly. I listened to too many "experts." You actually had 2 of the top players and traded them even though you were reaping the benefits of their terrific statistical seasons. This is a clear cut case of when it's the manager and not the players.
hahaha ok ease up man, I'm not that idiotic. I've played fantasy football for many, many years, and I've done better than most over time. But when isolated, I see how these moves seem dumb.
the AP deal...I'm not gonna look up right now. It was a different league.. and i got back Maroney/Sammy Morris, and I upgraded to Gates I think in that league too.. (in the same deal) Rookie RB's almost always hit a wall. I moved too early on AP. But either Taylor is gonna steal some carries or he's gonna slow down.. at least that's what history says.
Over the past 5 years, I started each season 10-0. I'm 1-5 so far and have the worst overall points by a large margin. I don't know what happened to me. I make a change and whomever I put in the lineup either gets hurt (Todd Heap) or just bombs (S. Alexander the last 2 weeks). I catch the post game last night and see them giving Bush the player of the game thing so I figure he had this great game. Nope. Just some decent yards and no td's. That's the story of my season.
