Oh yeah I didn't think he was stupid. I just thought it was nice of him to give so much props to Cromartie and even Revis(who didn't guard him one time), after they were talking smack about him earlier in the week. Moss a country man.
Sadly, thats a big part of it. He was given a reputation before he ever played a single game in the NFL. Like the media was just sitting around waiting for him to do something stupid.
