Pats are down to their 3rd stringer, plus have much more history of being blowout'ers than blowout'ees... stop reaching.

Not sure if just MNF, but Steelers haven't lost a home primetime game in 10+ years.

ARZ and CAR both playing like crap to start the season gives hope to the MIN/PHI/GB/SEAs of the league. I thought the NFC 'ship this year was gonna be a repeat of last year...definitely not looking like the case, this year.

    Sarcasm meter = broken.

...or, you should just consider that both teams just plain suck. At least, to start the season.

Antonio Brown saw Julio's game and is determined to best it.

Those two are on a level other than everyone else in a league where we're spoiled with WR talent. And I still think Brown is on a level above Julio as well.

Nah, I understood what he meant. He's downplaying the Texans' utter suckdom on TNF.

Similarly, another poster professed BUF as a "bad" team to help justify the Texans' TNF suckage... eventhough they have better wins and losses this season, and beat us last year.

The Bills DID what the Texans SHOULD'VE done.

I'm not reaching, I just reacting like Texans fans. Oh and Steelers, after getting destroyed by the Eagles, are now destroying KC. But we're not the almighty glorious Steelers so that doesn't count either I guess. Those awful things only count for the Texans apparently.

Man I love the Steelers' offensive philosophy. Not a huge fan of Tomlin but he's so aggressive. Like to see that in a coach. Their defense is what will hold them back though IMO. It's only slightly above average.

And wtf Andy Reid? 8 sec and a timeout left. Run the ball, get some yards, you can get a closer FG.

You've still neglected to mention PHI's and NE's QB situation....we know why.

After getting destroyed last week, PIT is now destroying a GOOD team, while the Texans struggling to beat a BAD team.

You're mostly a good poster, but right now you're denying the obvious for the sake of defending a team that hasn't earned defending.

Yep, the reason why the NE/Pitt losses aren't a big deal is because teams like Pitt and NE are proven. We aren't. We don't get a pass for ****ting the bed.
In the regular season, LeBron rarely gave a crap, especially about defense. But come playoff time, you know he's going to bring it. It's the same with established teams. We don't have the luxury to not worry when we get blown out.

We are fans FFS!! Are you going to wait until the team wins a SuperBowl to start defending and supporting them? If that's too drastic then what?! Do you need to win pretty? Do you want blowout wins? Do you want division titles? What have you decided it will take for the Texans to "earn" it?

Also, a bit ironic that so many in here complain about media attention (or lack thereof) yet our own fans don't respect the team. Maybe when we stop ripping our team from within we can turn our attention to outsiders. Until then, Texans fans are worse than any outsider and we probably have the team and results we deserve.

    Championships???.... Frankly.... YES, CHAMPIONSHIPS.

But here's the kicker... You immediately jumped to championships when... we've never even been to the dance to have a chance. You already jumped the gun TWO levels to refute. Ease up, lol.

It's not really your fault, though. If you're a true H fan, you're just used to what you've been given.... 50+ years of heartbreak.

And really, it's cool because we cheer for the same teams and have shared the same pain. The difference is, I don't sugarcoat anything with my squads. Unbiased

The media is only a problem when they're wrong about facts... which does happen, especially against H.

    Seasons: 15 (2002 to 2016)
    Record (W-L-T): 99-128-0
    Playoff Record: 2-3
    Division Titles: 3

Sure we haven't reached the top of the mountain in 14 years but it hasn't been hell in it's place. We shouldn't act like we're the Cardinals, Falcons, Panthers, Chargers, Titans, Bengals, Eagles, Vikings, Jaguars, Browns, Bills, or Lions. Those teams/fans have suffered levels of pain we can't even begin to describe and right now we're as close as any of them to our 1st championship.

The NFL has been so strange to start this season. KC gets blown out by a team who got blown out. NE shutout at home after shutting us out. LA is 3-1 after their embarrassing start on national TV. The Panthers and Cam are beaten up. Romo and Dak. The Cardinals are frauds and Palmer is on a Schaub trajectory. I really feel like the SB is wide open this year. As wide as it's ever been.

I called the Cards a fraud prior to the season and specifically said Palmer could fall off a cliff like Schaub.

Not surprised the Steelers killed the Chiefs. Expected them to bounce back.

Thought the Rams were done after getting killed in SFO 28-0 in game 1. Still don't think they will make the playoffs.

Panthers are bitten by the poison of being a Super Bowl loser.

In the AFC, Pats are in a very strong position with Brady returning and Gronk rounding into form. I don't think it's wide open unless Brady's performance drops off significantly.

The NFC looks sort of looks open for now.
