If Jerry Jones really wants to get the Cowgirls back on track, he'd open the checkbook for Bill Cowher.
It's not Wade, it's the offense. Either way, I'm loving all those Cowgirls to the Super Bowl predictions.
no doubt...next game is a playoff game for the cowboys. i don't see them making the playoffs with an 0-3 start. that means they would have to play near perfect football the rest of the way to do that. and, they just make too many game-changing mistakes to do that...whether it is drive killing penalties or critical turnovers. it's big. huge! if you really want to put a dagger in the heart of cowboys fans, then week 3 is your opportunity. i'm sure cowboys will assist you with plenty of mistakes. and, you probably don't have to worry about the D forcing a turnover on you. or, maybe you do because it will be 8 straight quarters without a turnover. i dunno.
Jerry hired Bill Parcells, and left him relatively alone (to my recollection). I think Jerry can recognize great football minds and leave them alone for the most part. Wade Phillips and Dave Campo of the world are just puppet coaches.
I hope Cowboys don't all of a sudden grow an offense next week. I'm thinking they are going to be pissed that they lost again and take it out on the Texans. Cowboys played like they were owed them this win or something.
Bengals rebounding from a bad loss last week against the Pats. Leading 15-10 late, Ravens on 4th down.
As long as Jerry Jones is picking the coordinators, any head coach in Dallas is going look bad not that I care because I'm enjoying it.
