"Everybody" said no such thing. IMO, doubters outnumbered believers. As far as work ethic, it was clear he worked hard after winning the Heisman and came back improved as a passer. Even with that, I didn't think he would succeed in the NFL.
The 49ers are getting absolutely screwed by the refs. Roughing the passer is so beyond stupid sometimes.
Fine, by "everybody", it was those who believed with every fiber of their body that he would succeed in the NFL... and when pressed with the facts and doubts others had, they all said "he just has 'it'". By work ethic I actually meant just "being a professional". Odds are, he's going to get caught up in some sort of off-the-field drama that won't endear himself to a lot of teams.
No matter how good da boys look right now they always find a way to let the other team up and back in the game. Just watch.
Romo will likely not be able to walk unassisted by the time he is 50... and this season will be a huge reason why. Cowboys need to make it worth it to him.
The Boys just need to drag their sorry asses back to Texas with the rest our no account franchises. Just pathetic!
They just like to make it tough. I believe the Cowboys will pull this one out. If this was a home game, I would agree with you.
Indy is a great team. Losing to them isn't a choke. But winning is a must if the Cowboys want to guarantee a playoff spot.
