Yeeeeah! I'm pumped. I have sources that tell me both oakland and KC are in the same division. hopefully it's a close game. as a texans fan, i'll be cheering for every afc team to accumulate their 4th and 5th losses. go raiders!
Yea, Mack is a beast. Interesting how can play multiple LB positions and he's just a rookie. High football IQ... Too bad for him that the raiders drafted him.
what about derek carr? he looks like he can read defenses better than david. up to 2004 david was getting better at but it was not to be. =/ i like derek.
McFadden and Jones Drew are the worst backfield in NFL history, and I say that as fact and not hyperbole. You can't expect a rookie QB to succeed when you give him nothing to help.
As good as the Raiders looked early, its like they said ok we gotta Raider if we wanna lose this game, gotta step it down.
Because the only guy capable of running the ball was knocked out of the game. Then Captain 1 yard plunge came back in and it was over from there. Worst. Team. Ever.
Oh man, they REALLY tried to Raider... I was laughing so hard when those guys were doing their celebration behind the line of scrimmage as the ball was about to be snapped... that was awesome.
Apparently, according to Derek's postgame interview, God and his erstwhile son, Jesus of Nazereth like him quite a bit too, which is why they took time off their busy schedule of running the universe, to intervene in his affairs and guide his earthly balls to 18-34 for 174 yards and 1 TD in order to reward the chosen people, the Oakland raiders, with their first victory in over a year.
Took them until week 12 to realize that he was the only guy capable of running the ball? Guy is a beast. 6'3" 230 lbs, 4.38 40. Why he was buried on the depth chart behind washed up McFadden and Jones-Drew is beyond me.
The hoodie is hands down the best coach in NFL these days. He can really change the balance of a game.
