For both Texans and Titans fans, the best possibility for them making the playoffs would be this game ending in a tie. The fewer teams that can get to 10 wins, the better.
Dixon can't read the zone coverage to save his life. Oh well, great game and effort from Dixon and a team playing without two of the best players in the league. This one looks just about over.
Agreed. I enjoyed being called crazy whenever I said before the draft that Rice is way better than McFadden. I don't think much has changed on that front.
Felix Jones is better than McFadden. You can always count on the Raiders to draft the wrong guy. I saw Ray Rice play a couple of times at Rutgers and didn't realize he was so strong and stocky. Surely he's bulked up a lot since being drafted.
Yet, to make up for their glaring mistake by drafting a guy in the later rounds who turns out to be better. Michael Bush > McFadden, Louis Murphy > Heyward-Bey. Too bad they didn't ever draft another QB to compete with JaMunches Ruffles.
I think McFadden just needs a change of scenary, if he were on the Texans he would make a BIG difference. DD
Yeah. I agreed with that. Here's another thought. As long as the 10 win team isn't baltimore or pittsburgh, the titans and texans have a shot. If either of those teams gets 10 wins, the titans are for sure in trouble.
He's in the ZBS right now and hasn't really done ****. They do need to utilize him more effectively though, i.e. putting him out in the flanker position. If he had somebody throwing to him with half a brain and who didn't weigh half a ton ( somebody like Matt Schaub ) he'd be Reggie Bush status. They try to use him like the Texans have done with Slaton this year, but Bush is a lot better prototypical back, and Fargas is an excellent pass blocker, so they cut into his time. Plus he gets injured often. He certainly has a place in the league, but he's not the gamebreaker everyone thought he was at this point.
yeah right, The giants started 5-0 too, and now have a worse than the broncos, and just lost to them on thursday.
How about my Bengals... first time ever that they have swept the division! Yay team! They actually took care of business
I think it would be best if all the division leaders win out. [except New England] and hopefully take some of the competition with them Rocket River
*high-five* Would have liked to see Carson air it out a bit more, but I can't complain too much about LJ and Scott's performances. Props to the D as well. On to Detroit!
