The Colts sure look crappy the last three weeks. It's finally is catching up with them. Screw it, Texans, let's win the division!
Holy ****...what a play call by billicheck. never seen a team go for it on 4th down that deep in the opponents territory when they had the lead.
That made absolutely no sense, the Colts only have to go 30 yards for a td with less than 2:00 left. Why not punt make them go 65 - 85+ yards.
that might be the most epic going for it on 4th down i've ever seen. i actually think faulk controls it across the 30 but it's damn close and i'm not sure a challenge would overturn it. well, a college challenge definitely wouldn't, they're such wusses, a pro challenge might overturn it. that might be about the most respect anyone has ever paid peyton manning. going for it on your 28 with 2 minutes left. and holy crap, that random timeout to start the drive costs them the chance to challenge.
uhh, because if they get the 1st down the game is over. TD colts. xp and they might have a crazy-ass comeback on the patriots here. edit: al michaels is some sort of crazy-ass comeback magnet. the transition from monday night to sunday night did nothing to change that.
I actually think it was a good call to go for it. Coaches are way too conservative in most situations. This time it just didn't work out for the Pats.
