This isn't a court of law. If your employer thinks you are looking at p*rn on your computer, they don't have a requirement to warn you before they put monitoring software on there to catch you doing it.

Aren't DUI checkpoints and those u-turn sticker inspections perfectly legal?

So, are we happy with calling this "Ballghazi"?

    I guess it's better than Ball-gate

I believe Deflategate is the correct term.

Also, it seems the lawyer, in his quest for full transparency, forgot to mention how Brady wouldn't make emails and phone records available, despite the record showing many calls to those accused as it was being talked about in the media (with no contact for six months prior). Also, Brady supposedly didn't know who this guy was or that he existed.

I gotta go with shasta on this one. You need to work ball or balls into the scandal somehow. Has to be Ballghazi

What I meant is, if a Police suspects that you've been drinking, lets you walk into your car and drive off then pulls you over - that's illegal. Basically what Brady was saying - if I was cheating why didn't you stop it instead of taking action after-the-fact.

    It's a little foolish.

This is like ARod saying "If you thought I was using steroids, why didn't you warn me about the test before you tested me?"

Imagine if the NFL went this in-depth on the Ray Rice incident.

I think Vincent will drop the hammer on Brady. And he will be suspended long enough so that Texans fans can complain about the Texans passing up on Jimmy G.

Is Jerry Rice's career invalidated due to stickum use? Seems like that was a story for about a half a day.

Lol, Ted Bruschi is Tom Brady's b!tch!! Man stop playin. They did what they did now they are thumbing their noses at the league and the fans who were cheated by them. I hope they do drop the hammer now. The coverup is worse than the crime.

Rice hasn't played for years and is already in the HOF... Big difference.

Brady just has to go out and win to solidify his legacy... His image is probably what's taking the biggest hit.

I don't know much about the Rice story, but Brady's constant lies and denial is what is going to ruin his reputation.

Me, personally, I hope the league makes an example of him. The fact that he got caught in the playoffs and didn't admit to it should lead him to a suspension of somewhere between 10 games and a season, in my opinion. I think that, no matter what happens, he shouldn't be allowed in the playoffs next season.

The NFL, and it's bias towards superstars makes me feel as if he'll be suspended for the preseason.

It would be a job done right if he got somewhere between 10 games and a season.

This is getting passed around Facebook.

It's amazing to watch Patriots homers in full meltdown mode.

    (Bill) Ballicheat. Eh...

I'm ok with Deflategate, its a good parallel to Watergate. Though Ballghazi definitely is funner to say. (And reporting sites wont have the.."balls" to call it Ballghazi)
