NFL may change OT rules for playoffs

    here's my idea that would allow both teams to have possession of the ball.

    if the first team to have the ball scores, whether TD or FG, the other team is then allowed possession on the ensuing kickoff.

    if the first team to have the ball turns it over, then it goes to sudden death (since a TO essentially means both teams have had possession). the first team that score wins.

    and why would their rule only be implemented during the playoffs? that's the really dumb part.
