I'm not; especially if every authority figure has incentivized it since early adolescence. "Hey, athletic-looking black kid; you takin' AP French this fall?"

she hasnt exactly been turning down interviews...she's been EVERYWHERE since, literally...she's got two master's and is a laywer, she has to know she's better of taking this route than actually filing charges. I don't think she was as bothered by it as it seems, but realized the attention could work out well for her.

New York Post reporter Bart Hubbuch described the atmosphere as "playful" and "not hostile at all" even though the Post said Sainz claimed head coach Rex Ryan and defensive backs coach Dennis Thurman purposely overthrew passes so they would land near her.

"What was happening at the time was good-natured and even Sainz herself was laughing about it," Hubbuch told USA TODAY.

Sainz did not return USA TODAY's request for an interview for this article.

Seems odd that she has accepted what seems to be every interview offered out there and not this one.

By the way, most reports say she's the former Miss Spain, but it's not the same person...this one is from and grew up in Mexico.

She didnt said anything, and she didnt want to this got the huge attention.
The Association for Women in Sports Media were the ones that wanted to do something about it, the reporter never wanted any problem with them, she only said in her twitter, that she felt uncomfortable.

She is very popular here in Mexico, and she has been in the sports media for 10 years, she has interviewed a lot of players of different sports like: Shaq, Jerome Bettis, Messi, Kaká, Zidane, etc. She is also married and have three kids.

It was the Erin Andrews of Mexico, the most popular sports reporter, because she is attractive, here very few people knows who Erin andrews is.

This is the same w**** who proposed to Tom Brady on a superbowl media day? If the same, then she's not really trying to be a professional anyway, so she doesn't need to have access.

It's very lame that she's married with 3 kids.
