What I'm saying is that if you want to play that card, you should deal with the negatives with a bit more perspective in addition to reaping the rewards all the way to the bank. If you can't deal with the cat calls and sexist pigs, then you probably shouldn't be so quick to play the "sexy reporter" card in the first place. In that instance, you should go get a job in a back room of an office somewhere. It would be similar to the way that movie stars complain about people not respecting their privacy. If you want to live a private life, not becoming a major media figure would be a good way to start. But if you want the bank that comes with staring in movies, don't get pissy when people follow you around with cameras.
It's so ****ing annoying when Americans talk about playing this "card" and that "card"... or call girls with feminine personalities as having a "shtick" because they don't care for logical conversations with you. Stop being a nerd and accept that certain things will always be a certain way. The issue here is your awkward feelings towards embracing sexuality. There are hot women in this world and the art of the tease is part of their personalities, men should be expected to evolve a bit and not throw balls at them and treat them disrespectfully just to intimidate them. You need to accept that beautiful women will never hold themselves to the same standards as men, because mentally they are programmed differently. If men circle jerk and brag as part of a way to gain respect in their field, especially in the sports and entertainment industries, women should be allowed to show off what they have (as they have done so historically) as their own method of gaining attention. And we should fault the guys for not being able to deal with this, not the women. As long as she's not blowing you after interviews or engaging in sexual innuendo, she isn't asking to be disrespected. Listen to what I say... and you'll be a happier person.
I think, if you look at women as a big conglomerate instead of individuals, with the constant mentions of male "harrassment" toward women, you'd think they'd go more towards the side of MODESTY. But there's an explosion of women having intentionally sexually provocative appearances, but woman want men to see it as "expression" or "artistic nude" instead of fap-worthy. I think a woman should be allowed to self-manage her own appearance. I think men should adapt their reaction to business casual and calender girl accordingly. But you gotta admit there's some mixed signals there. The feminists and the free spirited have similar messages of "men are pigs" and you can't always tell who's doing the talking or what they're trying to accomplish.

The girl I'm seeing almost always wears skin tight clothes at night that show off her legs and heels. Even though she knows this captures the imagination of the male mind with her curves, she has never been comfortable with random hookups and is generally very shy outside of our relationship. All girls like attention, and to me, it's easier to accept this instead of fight it. What do you gain by bringing her down or demeaning her for being who she really is? Do you really think every girl out there is dying to put on an apron and constantly be at someone's feet when she enters a relationship? The whole mixed signal concept is prehistoric to me. It's a basic litmus test, the girl wants to know if you can deal with her by putting yourself in her shoes. Prettier girls have higher expectations, it's a sense of entitlement they've earned from the same sex that gets intimidated when they act "too" independent. And if you think you can handle her, there's a way to approach her. Using your testosterone through barking or getting physical just isn't cool and I can't imagine it ever working. Men have their height, jawlines and balls for aesthetics and respect, give women their curves and sexuality. You want to hide your woman in an effort to hide your own flaws, she'll sense this and then the emotional detachment begins. It's a woman's intuition. As for the feminists, they are on an extreme end of the spectrum. Forget them.

I'm a perfectly happy person, thanks. I couldn't care less about this woman. I'm well past that point. The male sexual response is deeply hardwired. As deeply as the desire to eat. If you put certain visual cues in front of men, especially men with a high natural testosterone level and heterosexual tendencies at a natural reproductive age and with good general health, there will be a psychometric response. A very strong and compelling one. Some individuals will have the higher cognitive functioning to be able to suppress their biologically driven response. Many will not. It is as if some Nazis brought a smorgasbord to Auschwitz in order to laugh at the Jews stuff themselves, and demanding that the Jews have enough pride to "deal with" rejecting the food given by Nazis who want to laugh at them. I'm sure some can. I'm sure it would be nice if everybody could. But your reptilian brain isn't interested in complex moral quandaries. If you are hungry enough and food is placed in front of you, you eat. Sexual arousal as a biological response in the correct population (20+ year old testosterone soaked males) is stronger, if anything, than hunger. Stop expecting yourself and others to defeat their own biology and you will be a happier person.
