An awareness and education session with a representative of the Association of Women in Sports Media is being scheduled. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was troubed by the news of the incident, according to league spokesman Greg Aiello. Jets owner Woody Johnson spoke to Sainz today. "He stressed to Ines that he expects all member of the Jets organization to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times," the team announced in a prepared statement. "We will continue to work with the league to gather the facts and take appropriate steps necessary to maintain a respectful environment for the media." Sainz is a reporter for TV Azteca, a Mexican television network. She was at the Jets' facility to interview quarterback Mark Sanchez. Jets secondary coach Dennis Thurman allegedly threw passes in her direction during practice and Jets coach Rex Ryan reportedly had Thurman run a route in her direction. Players reportedly made cat calls toward Sainz in the locker room. "Don't let her act like she doesn't know English!" nose guard Kris Jenkins said. "She speaks English! This is our locker room!" Sainz wrote on her Twitter account that she was embarrassed, adding that she “would like to cover my ears” and there were “too many male hormones in the environment.”
