Cowher is eligible for the first time, as are players Keyshawn Johnson, Tiki Barber, Drew Bledsoe, Stephen Davis, Rod Smith, Will Shields, Troy Vincent and Mike Vanderjagt.

Two things that stand out to me about these potential inductees...

1st , Is Peyton Manning gonna induct Vanderjagt personally if selected?
2nd, Didnt Tiki attempt a comeback? If he's inducted, he cant come back right?

Man, what a crappy class that would be.

Will Shields is very deserving, though.

    **** class.

Parcells would be the only one I'd consider for first ballot.

Most of the other guys will probably never make it.

Can we just get Cris Carter and Tim Brown in there already?

Id put the coaches in before any of those players listed... Shields probably should be the only first ballot out of the players...

Shields, Parcells and Cowher will all get it in. Maybe not this year, but eventually.

Carter and Brown should both get in with such a weak class.

this class is fitting for a year where we're celebrating an oakland raider as a top flight player at any position.

the only one from the list that OP posted that is worth to go to the HOF is Rod Smith.

I have a better chance of getting in than some of those guys on the list.
