    and that's it, chargers win. peyton manning never as clutch as he needs to be and, except for last year, never has a D that can step up. 28 points to a tomlinson-less chargers and 7 of those with volek leading the drive? pathetic.

    did anyone notice one of the chargers defenders taking off his helmet on the field right after the incomplete pass on 4th down?

    i thought that was automatic penalty.

    anyhow, i can't believe SD is on the verge of this upset.

    you're kidding right? Peyton's had more than his share of come from behind victories. and this game isn't over yet. a three and out and the colts still have plenty of time.

    Not over yet, Indy has 3 timeouts and the 2 minute warning. Chargers need to throw the ball on this 2nd down and try to pick up the down or risk giving Manning about a 1:40 on the clock and a timeout to work with. Passing down right here.

    An incomplete pass means that Indy doesn't have to use a timeout. You want them to use them up.

    They should have passed the ball on 1st down. There was 2:01 on the clock and about 9 defenders sitting on the run. Crap call by Turner.

    oh peyton leads come from behinds in the regular season like nobody's business. but in the playoffs, he's not clutch. even last year he didn't do much as they won the super bowl.

    and what a terrible play call on 3rd down. you have to pass and try to convert. convert and the game is over. run and you pretty much concede giving the colts the ball with 1:30 to go and a timeout.
