Not the same. It's more like not hating on a player when he's on a Playoff caliber team while your team is rebuilding.

SSSSHHH Let the real fan tell you a tale 13 years in the making, long before Reliant had the widest scoreboards in the league and glory boys knew how to fall on the Texans' turf without tearing a ligament. Some say only a few know how to tell the tale.

Yeah but it's not like that at all because the Texans aren't "rebuilding", they have a very solid chance to make the playoffs or even win their division this year.

Moving on from Andre was the right thing to do and anyone who cares more about a disgruntled washed up has been than they do for the team they claim to be a fan of, isn't really a fan.

It's basically like T-Mac with the Spurs.

Johnson can still play and it is sad that his prime was largely wasted on an uninspiring mediocre franchise. He will be a Hall of Famer and I will root for him to do well, except when he plays the Texans. He was one of the only good things about the Texans for years and I have positive memories of him which help block out the poor product on the field, on the sideline and in the front office that the Texans conned fans with for almost a decade and a half.

I don't really see what there is to debate. AJ was great and fans know he deserved better than the garbage he played with a majority of his career.

There is nothing to debate, if you root for a division rival, you aren't a Texans fan....even if they have a washed up WR that was once on the Texans.

The Colts doing well directly means the Texans are doing poorly. It will be extremely difficult to get a wildcard spot. Dre knew he was the only thing the Texans had to put on tickets so he leveraged that into long term contracts and extensions with years left. If winning was so important and he hated it here he could have bailed instead.

Please show me where I said I would root for the Colts.

Please show me where I said I would root for the Colts doing well?

You do realize that the Texans released Andre, not the other way around.

Please show me where Andre said he hated it here.

On second thought don't bother, you and I both know it doesn't exist.

In the future stick to posting about lawn care and fire arms.

You see in football when a player does well, their team does well. That is basic. I guess you don't understand that but fantasy points don't exist in a vacuum, they help win games for the Colts which is bad for the Texans.

You're probably expecting too much from them.

Stick to rooting for the Colts. Not against the law. I see Saints emblems everyday in Houston.

JJ Watt and the 2013 Texans disagree with you.

Only thing worse than a bandwagon Colts fan is a bandwagon Colts fan that lies about being a bandwagon Colts fan.

How many games do the Texans win without Watt? How many games has Andre Johnson won the Texans?
