Time alloted: Tampa Bay is now on the clock with a deadline of 3 PM tomorrow to make the first pick. After that pick has been made, we want to start moving swiftly. I want to give you guys ample opportunity to discuss trades, but we don't want to be taking that long to make picks, so if I feel it has taken too long for a pick to be made, I will be posting a warning that you are in danger of being skipped. If you do not make your pick by the deadline, a player will be drafted for you.

After giving it some thought, I've decided trading is most likely not in my best interests.
It's time for this franchise to take a chance.
After being named a Dark Horse contender by some prior to the 2014 season, we were completely awful. Trash. Irrelevant. You name it. We need someone who not only has supreme confidence in his own abilities and a fiery attitude and swagger about him, but someone who can elevate the game of those around him and become the face of this franchise someday. It will take time and patience to watch him develop and mature, but the future potential vastly outweighs the risks.

That is why, with the first pick of the 2015 NFL Draft, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers select...

The Jets make a move and it costs them dearly, giving up their 2nd round pick and next year's 1st rounder. It will mean that Marcus Mariota will be expected to lead the Jets and lead them now. But how will a mild-mannered Mariota react to the pressure of the Jets trading away so much to get him, as well as having to deal with the New York media on a daily basis?

The [size=+2] New York Jets [/size] have acquired [size=+1]Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon [/size] and a 5th rounder from the Tennessee Titans for the 6th overall pick, a 2016 first, and a 2nd rounder.

While the price may have been high, the Jets are desperate for a competent QB to run the offense. The Jets spent big in free agency this offseason, unloading their pocketbooks for the likes of Darrelle Revis and Antonio Cromartie, while also acquiring Brandon Marshall from the Chicago Bears.

The Jets have an extremely talented defense, and with weapons now a-plenty in the receiving department, they are are ready to compete now and take advantage of their Super Bowl window. That, however, is impossible without a QB, and the likes of Geno Smith and Ryan Fitzpatrick will keep the Jets stuck in mediocrity. Trading for Mariota may be a gamble, but it's one the Jets have to take.

The Oakland Raiders have traded the #4 pick overall to the New York Giants for the #9 pick overall and the Giants 3rd round pick (74 overall).

The New York Giants select Leonard Williams, USC.

Giants love their defensive lineman, and couldn't resist trading up to get the best overall player in the draft.

With the 5th pick The Washington Redskins have selected Vic Beasley - OLB out of Clemson.

This was a very Hard and difficult choice that we believe is the best player available and at a position of need. Beasley was an absolute stud in Clemson including many awards; two time first-team All-American, ACC defensive player of the year and finalist of many other prestigious awards.

Even besides the accolades, he came in to the combine and showed some earth shattering athleticism adding to his already sky-high potential. Placing the best or at worse top-4 in almost every event.

We truly believe in Beasley and what he can do for our prestigious franchise. With this addition as well as off-season acquisitions such as Terrance Knighton and Stephen Paea, as well as the notorious Ryan Kerrigan. We believe we are building the best front seven in the Association.
