Was just about to post something about this. They have the draft picks and financial flexibility to inject some youth into their offensive line, get a big WR and whatever else you consider their needs/weaknesses. Houshmandzadeh would be a great fit playing opposite of DeSean Jackson, for example.

Definitely agree about keeping McNabb. Going into next season you're simply not going to be able to replace him with somebody better. That's a certainty. As for Reid? I must admit i'm a little surprised you're so willing to stand behind him. He's clearly a good coach but i'm starting to worry if he's plateaud in Philly. Plus, he's had some shaky gameplans in big games lately. If I were the Eagles I would be awfully tempted to make a change given names like Cowher, Shanahan and Gruden all available. Nothing against Reid, just saying.....

I think there may be some wide receivers available in trades too. Don't be surprised to see Ocho Cinco or Boldin pop up in trad talks this off-season but I'm not sure you want to bring attitudes like theirs into the team, especially with an emerging, young talent like Jackson. About the other weaknesses, I would definitely look into getting a big running back who can take the load off of Westbrook and get those short first downs and touchdowns.

I'll put it this way, I would rather see McNabb stay than Reid. If Reid goes, then I am fine with it as long as they bring in a good, stable, verified replacement. I think Reid would be OK if he just balanced out the game more and didn't put the emphasis all on McNabb, especially with the lack of weapons he has. I think with Andrews back, who is the best offensive lineman the Eagles have especially when running, he should be able to do that if they pick up that extra running back. I also think they need to take away some of Reid's power. He does a lot more than head coach and a lot of people don't realize that. Take away that and let him focus on coaching this team.

PS: Philly fans are calling for Buckhalter and Samuel's heads after they were seen on TV celebrating with the Cardinals, this is especially bad for Buckhalter given that it's a contract year. LOL! :D

Like I posted earlier, giving someone a chest-bump after losing in the NFC championship game is weird. Has Buckhalter commented yet?

And just think Larry ran a 4.63 at the combine in the 40 -- a 4.63.

That's slower than most linebackers, but put him in the game and he beats everyone -- game speed FTW.

Combine results are WAY overrated anyway.
