It's definitely a powder keg, and with much of police departments defacto allied with white nationalist groups (because many cops are white nationalists themselves) the police are likely to be more tolerant of one sides provocations. With two protest groups having weapons and the police unable to prevent one side from provoking the other, it's a high risk that violence between these two groups will erupt and potentially escalate into more broader terms.

Exactly what Trump was.

The Tulsa rally was a failure in turnout not only of Trumpanzees but protesters (rioters, as he would have it). He was so looking forward to the bl....er, "rioters" giving him more of a story for the old white people watching FAUX.

Alas, Trump and his personal attorney Barr get to whip up a frenzy with the continued clashes going on. Who's provoking whom isn't the point: it's the imagery that Grand Wizards Carlson, Hannity, and Ingraham need.
