This is what I predict for next offseason. Morey trades Asik and Parsons for a formidable 4. Maybe LMA? Maybe Ryan Anderson + picks? Morey poison pills Hayward when he becomes a RFA. Utah's too cheap to match and I don't think Hayward signs Utah's offer sheet anyway so we have our new 3. Hayward > Parsons. I know some of your brains just exploded, but even though Parsons might be prettier and has way better hair, Hayward is a better defender and is better at creating his own shot. And he's a better 3pt shooter (41.5% last season, 39.1% this season). Parsons shot 38.5% last season and a Rudy Gay like 19% this season. Oh and Lin. We'll see how he does in his 6th man role but I can see Morey moving him for a solid role player (backup PG) + picks. Maybe to Phoenix for the Dragon? Fanbase wouldn't go as ape*hit because the Dragon was a fan favorite.
