well with a new poster I would like to see if they will use person's sick grandmother who raised them for much of their life to bash the person with no substantiated evidence.

The_Conquistador had a total of 4 roommates during his college years and only one roommate was a conservative. Politics didn't come up quite as much then as they do now for a handful of reasons.

I had a total of two different roomies in college, after the first one went to France for a year. I'm pretty sure the guy who spent a year in Paris is NOT the Conquistador somehow. Just guessing. You never really know.

 

Obama Leaves Hawaii, Bidding Goodbye to His Ailing Grandmother

From touch-down on Thursday to take off on Friday, Mr. Obama spent nearly 22 hours on the ground in Honolulu visiting his ailing grandmother, Madelyn Dunham. He did not say how Mrs. Dunham was feeling and campaign aides did not disclose her condition, but he believes this could be his last time seeing her. He had expressed worry in interviews that she may not live until Election Day, and explained that he suspended his campaign schedule to see her, and recalled how he had not been able to get to his mother’s bedside before she died. His grandmother’s 86th birthday is this Sunday.

 

He walked by himself around his old neighborhood...

 

That's pretty sad and it was good that he got a chance to see her before she passed away.

It doesn't look like his trip though is having any affect on the polls.
