He is better than Haydersen and we need a C that's taller than 6'9 and can rebound.

Hahaha, what, they think Morey is just going to nod his head and take back Curry and Jeffries for nothing? Either this writer is very dumb to assume the Knicks won't do that or the Knicks are the dumb ones for wanting a one-sided trade.

Yea the Knicks are morons for thinking Morey will give up Tmac for nothing.

I don't understand how you guys are saying Lee is overrated and not near the production of Scolandry...

Lee averages a double double. He is almost guaranteed a double double a night. Scola is close at 14/9 but Lee is at 18/10. Lee actually does the work of BOTH Scola and Landry. He also shoots a higher % than Scola from the field and from the stripe. In all honesty, I would trade for Lee and offer Scola up along with a filler for another player.

You can mark the Rockets as entering into talks for anyone who is ever available as long as we dont have to give up any assets.

The Knicks orginization is a joke.

They have nothing to offer us. Stay away from NY. They aren't going to give up Lee for Mac.

Do people understand duplication? Carl and Scola already have it covered. David is not appreciably better.

The only reason I can see to do that is if it's because Morey can then turn around and trade Lee somewhere else. But if that's the case, a three team deal makes most sense. None of this matters though, because Lee is expiring and isn't a guy the Knicks are trying to move.

Seems like a bunch of nowhere-ness. Knicks wont give up assets or Mobley's contract, which Rockets want. Rockets wont take a big money contract, which the Knicks are offering.

Plus David Lee cant sign for more than MLE anyway. And they'd want McGrady to be point guard which looks far from happening, unless they mean point-forward. So its all pointless.

Unless a third team enters in like someone mentioned. But then what other team would want New York's trash.

How does that work? Rehab hard then loaf in practice?

Alan Hahn is an idiot homer.

He's BEEN writing about a Curry/Jeffries for TMac type deal, since summer.

Of course, we all know better that it's pointless and why would we tack on contracts?

No way a deal with the Knicks happen if it involves Jeffries. (Nobody wants Curry, that's for sure)

david lee is better than any of our frontcourt players barring yao, don't kid yourselves. the only exception is hayes for defensive purposes.
