Apparently Hinkley is expected to settle in Virginia and could have voting rights by Nov. Not sure if that's because of the type of conviction, or because of McAuliffe's plan to restore voting rights.

It is interesting though. A man who attempted to assassinate a President is now voting for one.

Sorry . . . I know how nerdy this is, but . . . in recent years many people are confusing "reticence" and "reluctance."

Reticence is reluctance to speak. Reticence is closely related to silence.

Keep him away from Scorsese films. Well, maybe Hugo would be OK.

    For which instance?

Fostering and promoting the mass incarceration of predominantly black men for minor drug possessions with sentences up to 75 yrs to life? Thus destroying black family structures and lives?

Or playing a role in fostering and introducing 'crack cocaine' in the black community along with the CIA?

Attempted murder of 'the President' is usually a capitol crime punishable by death in just about any other nation on Earth.
