I think it is October and November when JH actually lost MVP, he wasn't even in real contention back then because the team dug itself a big hole.

His numbers were still good but the team looked very bad.

The season stretches over 4 and a half months. 1-2 months he wasn't "clearly the MVP".

Even if you have the best 3-4 months of your life, it doesn't erase 1 month or more.

And he did not beat the team with the best record ONCE.

JH always starts October and November more slowly, plays his best in December and January.

I think that is a fair assessment.

And when you try to correct them with facts and logic they won’t hear it. Nobody likes to be wrong and Harden makes it so easy for us to prove them wrong with his insane numbers.

Houston sports fans are pretty much the tamest breed you can find from everything I've observed.

So, it's either one or both of the following:

    1) This is just hyperbole by ignorant, uncreative, poorly-exposed media losers.
    2) There's something so grievously wrong in the realm of Houston sports that fans actually ARE showing some spirit. Harden not getting MVP after this season is I'd say grievous enough to tip that scale.

    In summary, **** these douches.

Good. We are standing up for our players. I have no problem with rockets fans getting this reputation.

It is their fault for using narrative for the mvp and changing the used criteria just so they can avoid giving it to harden.

Just for posterity. The moment I GOT Matt Moore to admit there is a bias.
#RocketsTwitter 1-0 over Matt. Hang the banner!
