Man... After personally working on a PT Cruiser I don't think I will ever look at Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler the same... Stupidest engine design ever on that car. Obviously I'm biased and basing it on someone else's car I had to work on (also a design that's no longer relevant) but man it was a pos. I'm sure the normal/regular Chryslers are fine v6/8 but any new models/redesigns I'd have to seriously inspect. I've complained a lot about the catastrophic failures on the 02-06 nissans, but even that is a step up from what I saw.
Good thread. My wife and I are currently paying off the car we have now by budgeting and paying as much as possible every month. She is due in June and we are looking into purchasing a Rav4. It'll be our first car to purchase. I kind if just took over the note of the car my dad purchased for me after I graduated college.
