The real outrage here is that people that were upset about that are okay with Trump conducting business on an unsecured iPhone and refusing to use a secured line. They also don't mind security clearances for Trump's daughter and son-in-law as well as her having an unsecured server with government business on it.

A quick search of your record shows years of you creating thread after thread after thread whining about Obama and then radio silence once Trump became president.

Plenty of us have been here long enough to remember the Basso thread spam days of the D&D.

It's really disappointing to see some Democrat supporters totally miss this point. Don't give a damn about idiot Republican supporters who think Trump is being persecuted for his home being searched for government. They defend after him starting a riot at the Capitol.

These people who defended Clinton on the legality sadly don't see that she shouldn't be putting the country at risk. It was simply stupid and selfish.

There were no Classified Documents on her email server. Trump had HARD COPIES of classified information.

So? What's the point? It was dangerous because I'm sure the government has better security than her private email.

I' didn't post that to defend Trump but it's easier for me to get to your email than breaking in your house and getting a hard copy to your point

Edit: I was banned when this thread was started. that's why I'm giving my opinion on the subject now.

This isn't true. There was classified info sent through the private email server. The FBI investigation established that. They also established she didn't break any law, but that she was being careless and they didn't have any evidence that she knew any of those materials were classified.

She also did not try to hide anything from the investigation, nor did she refuse to hand over evidence or try to destroy evidence.

Well, Trump knew this information was classified and refused to give it back.

Not necessarily true that the gov has better security.

Private email usage by SoS and other gov officials for gov work was common (which was a mistake by the gov to allow that). Even after the Clinton email gate, Trump gov officials continue to use private emails for gov work.

Hard copy can be much less secure than soft copy. In Trump's case, everyone knows where he lives. It's dangerous to store it there.

    Correct

Yes, according to him, he did know. He said he declassified them.

Idk why cry babies like @basso keep bumping this thread. Trump had yes men in both the FBI and DOJ and was still too incompetent to arrest Clinton.

Maybe if he actually worked instead of waking up at noon and tweeting he could have accomplished his main campaign promise.

    Why are we relitigating this?

Both sides are overstating their cases.

Bottomline, if the FBI could make a strong case against Hillary, Trump would have seen to it.
