The indictment also alleges that Trump Organization over valuated two conservation easements. Trump and Trump Org agreed to not develop the property and was able to treat the value with and without relinquished development rights as charitable donations.

So I'm not reading that.****. That wasn't my original but someone challenged that statement and if someone shows me that it does I would not give a **** about being wrong but I'm not reading it.

I think James is reaching on the over valuations when the banks have not taken issue. That's all she talked about. I'm not reading it.

This is a separate case brought by a separate law enforcement official. Those are facts.
