So, after a BBS meeting, nobody will ask "Who is that homeless guy in the picture" anymore?

I really had a laugh when someone posted that...talk about being disrespectful to an admin! :D

Good thing Jeff seems to be the most forgiving of them!

    1. To be as good a dad as I can possibly be.
    2. To stay at my post Atkins weight of 175.
    3. To get less worked up watching the Rockets games.
    4. To be more patient/generous with strangers.

Just to be a more mellow person overall.

    Cheers !!

    DD

The only way I ever found to do this was to tape the games without watching them, look up the score after it was over (not an update or recap, just the score) and then watch the game. Since I knew if they won or lost, the game was a lot more relaxing to watch AND I was able to watch it in more detail paying actual attention to the game instead of to my emotions.

I also often watched the taped games with no sound. That way, I could come up with my own observations.

This has saved quite a few remote controls for me. :)

    So....umm...how'd y'all do?

I was 0 for 3. We adopted a baby girl this January and renovated the house...that threw the running, cycling and vacations plans off the agenda. Maybe I should re-up for '05?

I was 4-7. Of course, on one of them, I succeeded the specific goal, then didn't build upon it. Kinda like hitting a single, but getting thrown out at second. :)

Stop spending so much time on BBS boards.:)

Actually I was thinking of a bunch of resolutions but I've dropped them and now my resolution is to help out people hit by the tsunamis.

    1. Definitely done. Cut my hair, got highlights, got cooler clothes. I rule. :)

    2. Not done. :( Sadly, I filed an extension like always.

    3. Done and done. Not only found the joy in playing but started two new bands and am having a blast.

    4. Not done. :( Rough year for that.

    ---

As for this year, I'm not making any predictions. My life is way too uncertain at the moment for that. :)

Mission accomplished for 3,4,5, and 6. Still working on 1 and 2.

4 out of 6. Not bad.
