    No issue with the laws per say, but it is rather hilarious to have seat belt requirements so strict with no "helmet law" for motorcyclists. If you're under 18 in Houston you have to wear a helmet if you ride a bicycle. But feel free to cruise down I-45 in your harley at 70 mph with no helmet.

    Pandering and money...

    I was not aware of the helmet bicycle rule... Never seen it being enforced.

    In my state (Tasmania) you can not talk on a phone while
    driving, and I find that perfectly reasonable!
