Without a jumper, without a layup, without any kind of moves besides a dunk.

Pops won't create any problems. We're taking chances with Iverson, Pops should be making nothing more than 1.5 mil.

Actually why does everyone think Iverson is a problem hes actually always loved by his teamates. The guy pputs his heart out there. He will come back strong. Why not take a risk on that. He might score 15 - 20 ppg this season we really need that

Great now we can look forward to seeing PETA petitioning at the games.

If Pops is 6'10" then Bosh is 7'6".

Does anyone know Pops standing reach or wingspan?

6'10" is good size for a PF not a center.

    2005 Chicago Draft measurements

    6'7.25" height without shoes
    6'8.75" height with shoes
    7'0" wingspan
    8'9" standing reach

Apparently, he grew a 0.25" the next year.

    2006 Chicago Draft measurements

    6'7.5" height without shoes
    6'9" height with shoes
    7'0" wingspan
    8'9.5" standing reach

I know I'm going to sound like a hater, but to say Yao not getting the ball is all brooks fault is wrong. It is extremely difficult to get a non mobile, small target guy like yao the ball. I know it sounds crazy, but its the truth. Boozer is a guy that can pick his feet up and get a pass out of range, he can also score from the mid, high, and low post. So that opens the baseline and you don't have to bog the offense down by trying to run down screens to free a guy like Yao. Like I said, its not a knock on yao, but if the rockets got boozer, brooks and the other guards would have a easier time getting him the ball than Yao.

Will a trade like that happen? Who knows, but if you look at certain dynamics involved and Morey's talk about still competing and a star with miles left on it is intriguing. Utah will need to get under the lux tax, but still compete. Scola could back up Milsap and battier could start with brewer or come off the bench. Hayes and cook could be traded for 2nd rd picks. Utah would then have hayes, cook, harprring, and the kid from creighton as expiring contracts. I'm just saying.

So he's only 6'9... it's not terribly much difference!

It's not to bad. He's about the same size as Shane Battier and T-Mac. Not great size, but not bad size.

Some people jsut let their personal feeling cloud their judgment to much around here. I hate Boozer but if we get him i would support him just like when we got Barkley. I hated him but he was a good player wearing a Rockets uni so I pulled for him. Boozer like him or not is a double double waiting to happena and that is something we dont currently have.

Hell Wade was politicing for him so maybe if we get him (Boozer) that will be some incentivefor him (Wade)to join us. Wade, Boozer, Yoa, Brooks and Ariza doesnt sound bad to me.

Boozer would be an upgrade and an expiring contract. I would move Scola, or Landry and a package of whatever roster scraps Morey can piece together to get Boozer for this season. Sure, he's loathsome, but so was Charles Barkley when he played for the Suns.

When this guy enters the game, everything changes.

Do not talk if you have not watched him play, he brings a HUGE spark.

5 rebounds in 13 minutes is extra ordinary...

His FG% will rise with PT...
