What's your source on that? Go to almost any campus in these United States and I'll bet you dollars to donuts that the VAST majority of faculty and administrators vote Democrat.
This makes my day. This is not the pot calling the kettle black... This is the most charred pot in the history of pots calling a new, gleaming steel kettle "black."
I'm reminded again of that scene in The Fifth Element, when the archeologist at the beginning of the film is startled by the aliens and stutters, "Are you German??".
Let me see if I understand the cliche "dollar to donuts" correctly. For instance, let's say giddy says to me "I bet you dollars to donuts that you vote democratic!" I'm assuming that means that he puts dollars on the table and that I am supposed to put donuts on the table. Is this correct? Does this system assume that dollars are more valuable than donuts? Is it an equal number of dollars and donuts? In the case of Krispy (sic) Kreme donuts, wouldn't that be an equal bet, at least on paper?
don't know about krispy kreme, but Houchin's Donuts are definitely worth more than greenbacks! got me through many an early morning music theory class in high school!
