No hate on Durant, unless he's beating the Rockets. I just see him as a respectable competitor. I haven't seen him do things like Lebron on the sidelines, or cheap shots like Kobe, or whining to the refs. He just goes out and plays the game.

Now that salaries and spotlight have grown 5 times as much, players are under the microscope like never before for every little thing. Not saying fights were good. It was just accepted that pro athletes are competitors, and talking and jabbing the opponent was part of the game. You know you want to watch Durant and Kobe get in a fist fight, stop it with the proper gamesmanship approach
That is only true if you are watching it on youtube. Reminds me of how much I HATE Detroit fans. Classless all the way. Ron Ron was dumb for going into the stands, but seriously... why are people throwing stuff at the players and then punching them in the face, and going on the floor to confront them?! It is hard to ask for NBA players to have THAT much constraint. Ugh. Hate Detroit.
