Bonzi knocks over a drink which delays the game, blows a lay-in and commits 2 brainless fouls on Horry within 10 seconds of each other.

Just think, he could have done that for us against Utah.

He has been on fire since Pop jumped on his case about the careless turnovers.

Anybody hear that sound bite on the generic NBA commercial that said "a miraculous shot by Ralph Sampson!"?

the Hornets are tight, evidenced by Paul missing those free throws, and the Spurs are STILL THE SPURS.

Boring, predictable, and damn near unbeatable in a pressure playoff game.

they will win this game, no doubt about it.

The Spurs keep throwing the ball away themselves.

I dont know if Pop is saving Bowen for the 2nd half. Udoka hit 2 shots but keep turning over the ball. 3 TOVs, WTF! Never like his game. So many mental and careless mistakes. The Spurs may dump him this offseason. Udoka never will be Bowen II.

Pop knows he cant ride on a short rotations for an intensive series. So Pop expands his rotations lately. But please, no more Udoka the rest of the game.

Watch out for a Hornets comeback in 3rd quarter.

I want a Lakers vs Spurs WCF though...

What's Pop supposed to do when Finley plays like a worthless piece of nothing? He HAS to give Udoka time because Finley would be even worse.

Like I expected, there is no early 3rd quarter rush by the Hornets. They are in jittery choke mode and the Spurs are squandering away opportunities to put the game away.

Like Reggie Miller said, CP will have to take over the game on offense for the Hornets to win. If he can't, the Hornet season is over today.

San Antonio may win, but boy, Duncan sure looks like a shell of his former self.

Man, New Orleans throws a lot of subtle cheap shots- I know that sounds hypocritical considering Bowen and Horry, but you can see them imploding and resorting to that stupid stuff. New Orleans needs to grow up- in a year or two, they'll be much better.

The Hornets just dont have it today. They look tight.

The Spurs also look tight. But the Hornets are tighter. Veteran experience is a big factor in tonite's game.

So far, this is close to what I expected, except for such a big lead by the Spurs. The enormity of playing in game 7 is weighing on the Hornets and they aren't handling it well. That said, the Spurs are fortunate that Horry and Finley hit those 3s or the game would be a lot closer. After the hot start, David West has been a brick layer.

Horry does not look tight at all.

These are the games he lives for. ;)

Never underestimate the heart of a 7 time NBA champion.
