    I hate sagging pants too. He should have just pulled them up and avoided the situation. Not sure what the trespassing charge had to do with it, though.

    Somewhat related to this story, but it really bugs me when guys have their pants sagging below their butts AND have a belt to hold them there.

    Nope. I don't see anywhere in the story where they said it was a security threat.

    If it was a reaturant and they had a similar "indecent exposure or inappropriate attire" policy, and the asked him to pull up his pants and he refused and then refused to leave the restaurant and then interefered with the police when they tried to remove him from the restaurant, I suspect the charges would be similar.

    he should have pulled up his pants when asked.

    dang, you're right. They should have patted him on the back and asked him what kind of emotional stress that he's currently going through to get to the root of the problem.

    that is pretty vague. look i don't like sagging pants but i'm not sure boxer shorts are indecent exposure.
