No one knows the starting 5 before the preseason even begins. But it's not unreasonable to think that the slate is wiped clean with a new head coach... and certainly Silas' lineups didn't really work out... so change could be what is needed. I think if we want to get the most out of Jalen Green and Jabari Smith, we need to make them earn their time. Last year they didn't earn it, yet still played major minutes, which torpedoed any semblance of accountability on the team. Predictably, chaos and losing ensued. We now have enough talent to let competition decides who plays. It's what's best for overall team development.
