Lowry's team won. 5-0 in the competition. It's really more pick up league than anything. Some guys had to play on 2 teams on the same day to make the roster full since some guys not there the whole time. Kinda like a neighborhood game except these neighbors can really play. Chauncey's team came back to take the lead in the 2nd half on some hot 3 pt shooting. Lowry's team gutted it out with Maggette drawing a lot of fouls and FTs. Damon Jones upset at a controversial moving screen call that erased a key 3 pt shot with 50 seconds left.

To me, the face of the franchise is the first person that comes to mind when a person names a team.. for example, you say orlando and dwight comes to mind, lakers and kobe comes to mine, cleveland and lebron still comes to mind. So although lowry is our best two way player, most ppl think of martin or scola when i mention our franchise. note: a franchise player though is the best player for the franchise, but i think we still need one who can match up with the best
What does it mean when you name a franchise and the first person that comes to mind is a player that is no longer even there? :/ I'm of course talking about a legend.
lol well i agree with u there, but im talking about currently.. so like which player gets the most media and fan attention during the season.. and its mostly kevin martin by analysts and scola by other fans imo

I stopped by again today and caught a couple of games. A lot more people that on the very first day. A lot of the same players were there, but today John Wall, Rudy Gay, Brandon Rush, Jermaine Taylor, Chauncey Billups, CJ Watson, Corey Brewer, Al Harrington, JaVale McGee and OJ Mayo were there too. Mayo was just hanging out though. There was a cameo appearance by Clipper Daryl as well. I might try and catch the final day on Fri. If I do, I'll post more pics.
I took some vids, but nothing good. Rudy Gay and another guy were messing around attempting some dunks and didn't get any clean ones. Gay looked good. I don't think he's 100% coming off the shoulder surgery, but you can tell that his combination of skills, height, length, and athleticism are rare in the league and makes trading him away even more stupid.
