I think the Sacramento game is NJ's only chance of getting a win in the next week or so. So I vote option C.

Harris is younger, quicker off the dribble, and he's better at defending opposing PGs. But would he have made the Mavs better than Kidd has last year and this year? I have my doubts.

It would be interesting if Frank is fired before getting a chance to win a game.

How odd that a coach would start his coaching career winning 13 straight, and then end it by losing 13+ straight. Talk about coming full circle.

    Seriously...

    Devin Harris
    Chris Douglas Roberts
    Lopez
    Courtney Lee
    ...

This team should be at least 4-10.

They just lost to the Blazers. It all comes down to the next game against the Kings. They are not going to beat the Lakers in L.A.

Brook Lopez is probably the best young center in the league. Too bad he's stuck with such a bad team.

I would think they have a shot at beating LA, you know how lazy they can get when they're up against what they think are scrub teams.

This isn't worth a new thread so I'll ask these 4 questions here:

    1. Were you aware the T-Wolves are 1-14, with their only win coming in the opener against the winless Nets when the Nets blew a huge 4th quarter lead?

    2. Do you think Kurt Rambis would be on the chopping block if his team was 0-15 instead of the Nets?

    3. Would Lawrence Frank have breathing room if his team had won the opener? Rumor has it he will be fired after the Lakers game.

    4. Who do you think will finish with the worst record between the T-Wolves and Nets?

Well Harris has been injured for most of the season. Now that he is back he's coming off of the bench.

With Harris and Lee back, I think they'll beat the Kings at least.

Just a general answer: Lawrence Frank needs to be fired. Yesterday. Devin Harris is completely healthy, yet he's still coming off the bench. Last night he played him only 24 minutes! He said the injured stars need to "earn their place back". Hey Lawrence, you're 0-15 -- here's a novel concept: PLAY YOUR BEST PLAYERS!!!

-rant from a Devin Harris fantasy owner.

It's 0-18 guaranteed. If Devin Harris' jumper wasn't garbage tonight and Beno didn't play like a star, the streak might have ended in Sactown. Winning against the Lakers & Mavs is out of the question. After setting the record, they might beat the Bobcats at home. If not, then two days later at MSG against the Knicks is their best chance. I wouldn't be surprised if they won 2/3 or 3/4 and blew past the T-Wolves.

IMO, it's really too bad they blew the late lead against Minny in the opener because the T-Wolves could end up 1-24 when they should have been 0-25, and all of the conversation would be about the bad start Kurt Rambis is having. They are truly the worst team in the league, not the Nets.

Yeah what's the deal with that? Would they go to Prudential in Newark? They gotta get out of IZOD as soon as they can.

Serious about winning and the Nets in the same sentence, you have got to be joking. And why would LBJ Wade or Bosh take less to go with a team that is clearly rebuilding, they don't have their stadium yet, the new Russian owner is unproven and they'll have a new coach next season. Brooklyn is not Manhattan, if any of those guys take less money to play under the bright lights of NY, it will be for the Knicks and not for the Nets.
