The GPS is a big plus in the new one IMO.
If you're in a Union, you can get 10% of the monthly service fees of the iPhone (or any other AT&T) plan.
There are all sort of discounts that ATT& has for employees of specific places. I get 10% off because I work at the university, my siter gets 10% off because she works at the hospital, etc.
