WTH with that fake Werner Herzog voiceover though?
If you want Werner, I'd bet he'd do it for free (as long as you let him ad lib a bit about the nothingness and crushing nihilism of space).

This is pretty cool but just another reminder about how vast space is. Just think back in 2003 JVG had just been hired as Rockets coach, Toyota Center just opened and the Rockets had Yao Ming, Steve Francis, Cuttino Mobley and Moochie Norris.

Too freakin' much. I love the space program. Back in the 1960's, I was sure I'd visit a space station in orbit, probably the Moon, and quite possibly Mars in my lifetime. It seemed so possible. Hell, 2015 was so far in the future, why not? Now my kids might get a chance at doing that. More likely my grandchildren, if we ever have any. Yet despite our current lack of an ability to even put someone into low Earth orbit, we continue to do great things. Hope remains.

Very cool. Pluto is a planet. Silly debate on that.

Millions of dollars and they couldn't equip this probe with a camera that focuses?

Oh I see. I just looked at the picture and assumed they equipped the probe with a $20 camera phone. Thanks for setting me straight, King Cheetah. That was an embarrassing blunder!
