They have to vote. In Iowa, they did, but did the young people bother in New Hampshire? Impeach Bush.
It looks like it's Hillary's. Hillary has a 6,000 vote lead - there just aren't that many college voters to turn it, I don't think. This reshapes the entire race. The post-election analysis the next few days will be interesting, to say the least, to figure out exactly what happened.
A huge surprise. When the day started Hillary was trailing by double digits, broke, and giving up on SC and NV. Now, things have changed. Obama took his best shot but couldn't knock her out. We now go to Super Tuesday with the race up in the air.
An aside: it's kind of amazing that a few thousand voters in New Hampshire have the power to do that. If not then not only is the democratic race over but Obama is probably president. Some might say this is bad, but in a sense it's refreshing to see SOMEBODY's vote counting, even if it's not mine
For a state that's supposed to be 26% Democratic, 30% Republican, and 44% Independent, the Democrats are getting the lion's share of the vote. Obviously, a lot of independents voted for one of the Democrats, but I wonder how many Republicans crossed over? CNN just declared Clinton the winner! Impeach Bush.
My gut feeling told me this was going to be a lot closer than the polls said. Obama supporters should be glad we will all get to see what he's made of in the next 4 weeks. The brawl with Clinton will prove him either worthy of the nomination or of being the next flash in the pan.
Oh please. Compared to Clinton's concession speech after Iowa, Obama's was a masterstroke. He talked like he won, and he did it with the rhetorical flair that makes him so popular. Like him or not, it was a brilliant speech.
I wonder if a lot of the college crowd didn't bother to vote. They would have been in Obama's pocket and boosted his polling numbers. Clearly, a hell of a lot of Independents voted for the Democrats. Impeach Bush.
I know it's supposed to be over, but Obama is within 2% points with 20% of the precincts still out. Impeach Goofus and His Dildo.
That's because he miscalculated based on the polls and didn't have time to prepare a concession speech!
I still remain in the "anybody but Hillary camp". I just can't imagine her managing an administration. If she's nominated, the Dems can count me out completely. If Obama or Edwards gets the nod, this independent is open to voting for the Dems, depending on who the GOP nominates. Bush/Clinton/Bush/Clinton just gives me the creeps.
I can attest to that! Having seen him in person a few times, he can do a heck of a stump speech, to put it mildly. Better than anyone in this race, in either party. Impeach Bush.
