Salmon Salad Sandwiches I don't have any measurements Salmon Mayo Mustard Celery Onion Bake Salmon. When it is done, Chopped it up and let it cool for bout 1 hour. Mix in Mayo to your liking, with a little mustard. Chop the celery and raw onion into good lil bite size pieces and mix it up. Let it chill. Grab some bread,(taste good with wheat), spread a lil mayo and mustard. Slice some tomatoes, a lil romaine lettuce, and thin slice of cucumbers and the salmon salad. Make plenty for the rest of the week. Enjoy!
I don't use recipes either (unless it's for something baked.....and even there I'm starting to go more by sight and feel), so I kind of had to make one up in my head for the Osso Buco.
To tell you the truth, I have no idea. I just know Elwood says it in one of their songs. Maybe that's what he is referencing.
Anyone who doesn't measure their seasonings may very well be a good cook. But as well a very bad teacher. Learn to teach!
Stuffed Mushrooms 15-20 Large Raw Mushrooms 2 cans minced clams 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs I tub shredded parmesan or romano cheese I bunch green onions Wash the shrooms and clear out the stem, leaving just the cap. Slice/chop the green onions and mix in a large bowl with the breadcrumbs and clams. Arrange the shrooms on a baking dish. Stuff with 1-2 teaspoons of the clam/breadcrumb/green onion mixture. Top with a pinch of shredded parmesan (get the tub stuff....the grated stuff in the green can doesn't work as well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, and voila. Goes great with a nice Pinot Grigio.

Who the hell's ever heard of leftover shrimp? Good recipe, though. Oh, by the way, why do you want to steam cook the ribs before you marinate them? Is it to make sure they stay tender after the grilling?
