    This must have been a glitch in the system. Microsoft HUP is for businesses. You need to use your work email. I bought a copy through work for Windows but also need one for MAC.

    It only lets you buy 1 copy per email address

    It was a suggestion to try something different if one way is not working. Some people were reporting error messages when using paypal.

    I did not purchase the DVD. The download link is provided in the email and I have saved it. I can always re-install it as needed.

    You can download the 60 day free trial version directly from Microsoft and then enter the code manually and that should work just fine.

    Because it is basically stealing. The company who sponsors this subsidizes the cost through their Enterprise Agreement.

    I'm not saying to feel guilty or not, but that is why they cancelled some orders.

    So I went around early this morning telling my co-workers about this deal. I quickly found out that I could have gotten it through our portal for $5. Face palm.

    It did that to me too. ANd then i tried another gmail account along with a yahoo account and got two keys. same cc and info for all three attempts

    Yeah, if your company has an Enterprise Agreement you can get it through your home use program. Was wondering how many on this thread had that available to them but had no idea. Every once in a while Ill have customers asking me to hook them up with cheap copies of Office, and theyre surprised to find out they can get it cheaper than me :)

    I had that happen once.

    Restart your computer.

    Also, make shortcuts for the programs on your desktops. eg. Search for "Winword" and make a shortcut on the desktop.

    Check your CC. Did you get a refund? Some people are reporting MS refunded them and so your keys might not work.

    I just checked mine and its working fine.

    How could it be "stealing" if people are using their credit cards and legitimately giving a company money for their product? :confused:

    I'm playing devil's advocate, here. Tell me: how is it stealing? A BILLION-DOLLAR company doesn't check its programming or basic processing of an application online for purchasing their software, and WE are the ones stealing? Come on, man, do you really believe that they don't know what to do with my money? :p
