New CBA attempts to define "Superstar"

    Al Horford is an interesting case, because he almost meets the requirements. He was the 3rd pick in the 2007 draft, right after Durant.

    1) He was an All-star reserve twice by the end of his rookie contract. The provision does not count reserves.
    2) He was selected for the All-NBA 3rd team.

    He skirts the edge of the requirements for the 30% max. He signed an extension at the same level as Joakim Noah, though.
