bin laden is bush's best assest. a convenient boogie man. fortunately, most of the country has woken up and they arent buying this garbage anymore.
Have you noticed Bin Laden is still alive and free? Why hasn't your buddy Bush caught him yet? You still haven't taken me up on that offer to visit a recruiter!
Osama has won and did a while ago. He got GW re-elected and has pretty much has bankrupted this country and let GW and his cronies do what ever they want. GW should be bin laden's no 1 fan. GW has failed at literally everything he has done except the ranger's (Thanks to the tax payers) and if it wasn't for 9/11 would be out the white house. We have to endure more security at airports and the dollar iks dropping in value everyday.
Tape? Talk about Low tech....get a DVD recorder, or better yet one that records to a HDD. Those Al-Queida guys are so stuck in the stone age !
flew over the twin points of light last night, indescribably beautiful and sad. came upon this today, equally sad, but for different reasons. <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/fTfsW_uv53o"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/fTfsW_uv53o" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
Speaking of the boogie man, anyone catch "Real Time with Bill Maher" last night? He had Mos Def and Prof Cornel West of Princeton. That was, arguably, one of the best episodes in talk show history. It was absolute madness...and funny as hell.
Shhh! Don't get tinman started on how OBL is a cheapskate for not getting a big screen 1080i Plasma HDTV...
Mos Definately Mos Def was very entertaining Cornel West was very Deep Maher was Maher. . . . . Ralph Nader even dropped a few gems Rocket River
OBL died in 1997, what you are seeing is new hologram technology from the same people that brought you Iran-contra, operacion: Just cause, and lastly, operacion: condor
sad that anybody watches or listenst to john gibson. Pretty stupid sh-t. I mean if you want to compare quotes, look at Bush's speeches about good and evil and fighting a crusade, and look at bin laden's. They are both speaking the exact same uncompromising, ignorant bullsh-t, just from differnt sides of the fence. Otherwise they are cut from the same cloth.
Bin Laden Tape Forgery? http://www.boomantribune.com/story/2007/9/9/61032/95401 See for yourself: <embed style="width:400px; height:326px;" id="VideoPlayback" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=-2259416342899056680&hl=en" flashvars=""> </embed>
That's a pretty good observation. I noticed the 'frame freeze' a couple of times, but I thought that might just be poor video quality than anything else. If true and this is an 'old video', then OBL might very well be dead...
If Osama has won, you wouldn't be alive. I think you don't understand that. Bin Laden doesn't care about how much security we have...or that the dollar is dropping (not a result of 9/11 by the way), or getting GW re-elected. Some people say he's dead, who knows, maybe he is. But Al Qaeda is not dead, and someone is making those tapes. What matters is that these guys are still gunning for us...and it took them a long time to hit us in the homeland, and it probably will take them a long time to hit us again, but so long as they exist, and so long as they are committed, eventually they will succeed. It would be a terrible underestimation to take them lightly after what they have proven they are capable of. There's no excuse the second time around.
This is not true. All of those things directly affect AQ's ability to recruit, attack, and fight the PR war. AQ isn't stupid - they understand economics, PR, etc. Bin Laden (or his associates) definitely care about all of the above.
there was no excuse the first time around. august 6, 2001 pdb - bin laden determined to strike in u.s. http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0409041pdb1.html warnings from dozens of other countries and intel agencies about an imminent attack on u.s. soil by al-qaeda http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,53065,00.html warnings from fbi agents in phoenix and minnesota about muslim extremists taking flying lessons which were ignored. http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,249997,00.html
on a related note, while these "allies" of ours didnt give us any warning, they did however probably also know of the imminent attacks:
