What does this even mean for the Blazers? Is this how they rebuild. Plumlee is a nice player but is he LMA replacement?

He's Lopez's replacement. Lopez is heading to Boston.

Too bad Portland doesn't have better veteran players currently under contract -- because it would really help the schadenfreude if we could swoop in as they implode and pick key players off of their roster in order to improve our own.

Still, I'm not going to nit pick, I am definitely enjoying this.

That is of course until Aldridge goes to San Antonio and makes them even more of an elite team than they already are.

Is Matthews a free agent? Because he'd fit nicely

Seriously wtf? All Plumlee and a early second could net is a late first and Blake's corpse?

So solid he barely got minutes for the Nets down the stretch of the season and in the playoffs?

Yeah, he and Aaron Affallo are both free agents -- so, they'll most likely just let them walk.

Solid enough to average 9 and 6 with 1 block/steal throughout 82 games, in only 20 mins, on a rookie contract for the next 2 seasons.

Just saying, he's solidified him self as a solid role player off the bench, who's also on a cheap rookie contract. Don't see why you would trade that PLUS an early second for just a late first and Blake's corpse.

Because it's the Nets. That organization has zero clue what it's doing.

Portland is positioning themselves for a quick rebuild. Can we move the team to the East please?
