30 million an episode, they can nit pick IMO. Nit picking means there isn't that much wrong with the show to begin with.
At first I was like, maaaan what do we need 11 for when there's this guy... He would have ended Vecna 6 episodes ago.... Then I was like ooooooh...
I like your posts though. They are excellent material to highlight shitty fanboi behavior. so keep up the good work!!
Was that a... PINK FLOYD instrumental subtly playing during the mid-finale when they were ****ing around with that Spoiler van portal ? Not the BIGGEST Pink Floyd fan tbh. But I DO love TIME. Couldn't tell if it was a ripoff or the REAL DEAL. Song goes HARDt.
I tried a few times but I cannot get beyond first few episodes of season 1. I assume it gets a lot better.
Bigger and better, but if you don't like season 1 I would not expect you to like the rest, more of the same basically, just expanded.
One thing that kept bothering me is how different the first upside down has been from the second. It was like two different worlds with two different bosses. But I just let it go until today. If one upside down is cold ( the first ) And the other upside down is hot ( the second ) We got ourselves two polar opposites. Interesting. If the first upside down is the mind of 11 And the second upside down is the mind of 1 Then both worlds are recreations of their own dark sided portions of their minds, but exact polar opposites. That would set up a fight between the two upside downs. Not one vs eleven. But between the dark sides of their minds.
The 11 character's story felt like it has been told. They should have found a way to move on from her. I found myself fast forwarding most of her scenes. Jaqen's accent was a weird mix of Mid-Atlantic Cary Grant, faux Russian. The moment I saw the mid-season finale reveal I thought of the doctor cenobite from Hellraiser 2. The death scenes in s4 gave me an idea. Lee Pace + Duffer Bros = Fist of the North Star. Potential to be the first good live action anime adaptation?
