The Lack of meaningful death, wasn't disappointing but did not lessen the "impact" of the ending. 18 months later . . . Life goes on almost no reach consequences. Heck even the Coma girl graduated on time I guess we gonna find out where the original dude got the rock from Rocket River
There's no point in debating whether El survived or not since it wasn't the intent for that to be known. It's looking for an answer when no answer can be found. It's pointless.
On that note, Steve's jerk friends from Season 1 and 2, El's bully from Season 4, along with Dr Kay and the jocks, just throw 'em all in a room with a Demo.
The first season was fantastic/perfect. Every subsequent season has been just stretching thin plot over unearned sentimentalism to make Netflix cash.
I agree that the first season was the best season. It was definitely the fastest paced and the one I skipped the least on. But I stand by my statement, for my personal taste, it was a good show but not a great one. I never could get with the hype, but respected it's premise and story.
